Wow; this place is fantastic! My only complaint is that we don’t have one in Charleston, SC. :) Food was great, the bread was delicious, the place was light and bright, and my server, Shane, was as good a server as I’ve ever had - and I’m 65. He should be called ‘a Culinary Guide’. Outstanding visit, I can’t wait till I’m in the area to visit again.
Market Place grill exceeded our expectations for catering our event! Ordering was SO simple and quick. Tony arrived on time, had everything prepped and ready to go for our guests. She maintained the buffet throughout. The food tasted great— everyone kept telling us how much they loved it. We will definitely be using market place for future events!
Have y’all been served by Mari, yet? She’s pretty great. Very nice and very quick! And the food here is amazing!! There was nothing I ate that I didn’t want more of! I got the prime dip which was on their delicious bread. I’m not sure if it’s house made or anything, I didn’t ask, my mouth was too full from eating like three loaves. The onions were perfect and super flavorful and the Au Jus was just the right flavor to pair it with. By the way, the Parmesan spinach you can get on the side with that is delicious, but way more Parmesan than spinach, just a heads up. I also got to enjoy a margarita pizza, which was a lovely palette cleanser, it had a nice light flavor. Now, this place is not the cheapest I’ve known, but it might be close to the best value, especially with the great service team. Also, my friend, Evan, got there early and enjoyed being served by some other guy before he had to clock out because he was waiting for me to arrive like an hour late. Apparently this guy was super quick with the drinks, so go him, but I have no clue what his name is.
Leah was our server. She had a great personality, was very informative on our food choice as to our tastes & very courteous. She even boxed our to go boxes for us 🥰 10 out of 10. The food was EXCELENT! I had the pasta primavera🌹
Fantastic experience at Marketplace Grill. The food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable, and Mari provided outstanding service. She was attentive without being overbearing, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything was perfect. Great food, great people, and great service. Highly recommend!
This place is so good. I got the pizza and it was beyond fantastic. My waiter was Tyler. He was so nice and kept my drink full!! Very fast service. He also suggested the chocolate sundae. It did not disappoint. Delicious!! Love this place
I was heading to AK when I decided to find a place to have dinner that was close to the hotel and I found this place walking distance from the hotel. I had the Cajun ribeye (the menu give you 3 different options in regards to how many ounces you want to order but they only have the 12 ounces) I just had to try the Cajun ribeye because I have never seen that on any other menu. It was different…would I order it again? probably not but it was cooked pretty well. My friend had the grilled pork chops with the waffle fries (I tried the waffle fries and they are really good) she absolutely loved it! We had to order the dessert that everyone is talking about…I liked it! We ordered the mini size but let me tell you, that’s not a mini! That was huge. The cool whip on top with the home made ice cream and the chocolate was all very good! The service was excellent! She was a new server, I believe her name is Jada. Very friendly. Would I come back again? Yes
I cannot speak enough good on this place, especially our server Hannah. She was the most sweetest down to earth friendly server my wife and I have ever encountered. Now let's get to the meat and potatoes of this review. THE FOOD oh my GOD, this food was amazing. Simple, well priced and down right delicious. The prime beef sandwich was out of this world. We ordered simple stuff judt to get our feet wet we will come back for supper and update that. This place is 100% worth every penny. We spent $60 and left here so full we cant breathe. COME CHECK THIS PLACE OUT.
Lacey our waitress was absolutely patient and very attentive to our needs. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. She had each and every order spot on. We couldnt say enough about Lacey. The food was so delicious. Flaming Queso dip with the cinnamon in it was so delicious as was the Jalapeño Cheddar Fritters. Our meal came out Hawaiian Chicken was so moist and tender. I could go on and on how great the bread and all the food tasted. Then dessert Chocolate Mess was a hit with the kids, also Strawberry Stack. We will definitely be back when we are in town.
